Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy
1. Purpose
NeoForge Labs Limited (“Autobillr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our Users to do the same. This policy outlines how we handle claims of copyright infringement and other intellectual property disputes related to content on the Autobillr platform.
2. User Content Ownership
Users retain all ownership rights in their Content (invoices, contracts, business data, communications) uploaded to or created within the Service. Autobillr does not claim ownership of User Content, as described in our Terms of Service.
3. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content accessible through the Autobillr platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated agent. To be effective, your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury (where applicable), that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi, Kenya.
6. Repeat Infringers
We will terminate the Accounts of Users who are determined to be repeat infringers of others' intellectual property rights.
7. Trademark Concerns
If you believe that content on the platform infringes your trademark rights, please contact us at legal@autobillr.dev with details of your trademark registration and the infringing use.
8. Good Faith
We handle all intellectual property notices in good faith. Submitting a false or misleading notice may result in liability under applicable law.
